Message from the Dean

Message from Dean Henri R. Ford, M.D., M.H.A.

As alumni, no one knows better than you the impact the Miller School can have on your life. In addition to your training, I’m sure you feel a part of the great Miller School family. Now more than ever, we need your involvement to help educate the next generation of transformational leaders.

Our goal is to make the Miller School of Medicine the preferred medical school in the country. We are well on our way, thanks to the record-setting caliber of our incoming students. Our research programs are second to none, and our faculty members are among the most dedicated in the nation.

The Miller School strives to promote excellence in education for medical and graduate students, as well as residents and fellows.

As alumni, I urge you to be a part of all that is happening at your alma mater.

Your involvement makes an enormous difference in the lives of our students. From scholarships, like the John K. Robinson Fund, to our Stethoscopes for Students program, and mentoring, your gifts allow us to attract and retain top students.

As your dean, I am honored to serve you. I genuinely feel that I am “living the dream” at the Miller School and I hope that you’ll bring your energy and dedication to our shared journey ahead. I look forward to working with you to make the Miller School the very best medical school in the country.

Henri R. Ford, M.D., M.H.A.
